Who we are

Incorporated as a repair and assemly station for Unitized Load Devices (ULDs) used by airlines for baggage and freight loading, we are a joint venture business between Citadel Holdings, Inc (CHI) and the Nordisk Aviation Products Asia (NAPA).

CHI is an investment and management company with affiliates in aviation and airport services, sales agencies, logistics and venture businesses. 

NAPA is part of the Nordisk Aviation Products' global network of ULD repair and assembly stations that comprise the largest of its kind  in the industry.  It is an affliate of the global Norwegian conglomerate Norsk Hydro engaged in the extraction and fabrication of aluminium based products.
Our Services
  • Assembly of ULD containers (under authority from Nordisk Aviation Products Asia, Ltd.)
  • Repair and maintenance of ULDs   (Authorized under US-FAA Repair Station Certificate)
Our Facilities
  • Located at the sprawling MIASCOR Cargo Center outside the perimeter fence of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)
  • 432 sq.m. workspace dedicated to ULD assembly and repair
  • Repair facility in Subic to open in 2001
